Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At SOFLUX, we take great pride in delivering premium-quality Butter Paper, Tissue Paper, and Aluminum Foil Paper products that meet your exact requirements.
Every order is carefully processed and customized as per the approved sample and specifications shared by the customer.

2. Sample Approval Policy

Before full production, we provide a sample for approval to ensure you are fully satisfied with the quality, design, and printing (where applicable).
Once the customer approves the sample, the same quality and specifications are maintained for the final production.

• After approval, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.

• Approval from the customer confirms acceptance of the product’s quality, print, and material.

3. Non-Refundable Orders

Since all products are custom-made based on approved samples and customer specifications, refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• The customer has approved the pre-production sample.

• The order has been moved into production or dispatched.

• Minor variations in color tone or printing alignment (within standard tolerance levels).

4. Replacement / Claims

Replacement will only be considered if:

• The product received is completely different from the approved sample or specification.

• There is a manufacturing defect or wrong quantity delivered.

In such cases, you must contact our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photographic or video proof of the issue.
