3. Product Customization and Sample Approval

• For all custom printing or size-based orders (Butter Paper, Tissue Paper, Aluminum Foil Paper), a sample is provided for customer approval before production.

• Once a customer approves the sample, the same quality and specifications will be used in final production.

• After approval, no cancellation, refund, or modification will be entertained.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on raw material costs, printing requirements, and order quantities.

• Payments must be made through approved methods only.

• Orders will proceed to production only after receipt of full or confirmed advance payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier or transport services.

• Any delivery issue or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

6. Quality & Variations

• All products are manufactured using high-quality materials and food-grade standards.

• Minor variations in color tone, print alignment, or material texture (within acceptable tolerance levels) are considered normal and not a defect.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved for production.

• Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is entirely different from the approved sample or defective due to manufacturing error (as per our Refund Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on the SOFLUX website are the intellectual property of SOFLUX and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

SOFLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siddhpur, Gujarat, India.
